Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Number Path mobile game ("the app", "we", "us") handles your information. By using the app you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Google account information — only if you choose to sign in with Google. We receive your display name and a unique account ID (UID). We do not receive your password. This is used to give you one stable leaderboard entry and to sync your progress.
• Game data — your best score, completed levels, best times and coin balance. When signed in, this is stored in our cloud database (Google Firebase Firestore) so it follows your account across devices.
• Advertising identifier — our advertising partner, Google AdMob, may collect your device's advertising ID and related data to show ads. See section 3.
• On-device data — game settings and progress are stored locally on your device. If you do not sign in, this data never leaves your device.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or any sensitive personal data.

2. How we use information

• To operate core features: the global leaderboard, score ranking and cloud save.
• To save and restore your game progress.
• To display advertising that helps keep the game free.
• To send optional reminder notifications (you can turn these off in your device settings).

3. Advertising

The app shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use your advertising ID and ad-interaction data to provide and personalize ads and measure their performance. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads). Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses data.

4. Third-party services

We rely on these Google services, each governed by Google's own privacy policy:

• Firebase Authentication — Google Sign-In.
• Firebase Firestore — leaderboard & cloud save storage.
• Google AdMob — advertising.
• Firebase Remote Config — app configuration.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your chosen display name and score are publicly visible on the in-app leaderboard. Data is otherwise shared only with the service providers listed above to operate the app.

6. Data retention & deletion

Local data is removed when you uninstall the app or use the in-app "Reset progress" option. To delete your cloud leaderboard entry and cloud save, contact us at hadivahidi20@gmail.com from the email associated with your account, and we will remove your data within 30 days.

7. Children's privacy

Number Path is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use Google's secure infrastructure (Firebase) and access controls so that each player can only read and write their own saved data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.

Terms of Service

1. The service

Number Path is a free puzzle game provided "as is". We may add, change or remove features at any time.

2. Virtual items

Coins and other in-game items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be adjusted or reset as needed to operate the game.

3. Fair play

You agree not to cheat, exploit, reverse-engineer, or submit false scores. We may remove leaderboard entries or restrict accounts that violate fair play.

4. Acceptable display names

Your leaderboard name comes from your Google account. We may hide or remove names that are offensive or infringe others' rights.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
